Metropolitan Linen Services is a family owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience in the uniform and linen rental industry. The company was founded in 1982 as a small towel route for barber shops and beauty salons in small towns North of Boston. Our original location consisted of a small coin operated facility in Medford, Massachusetts. Realizing the potential for growth in the hospitality industry, the company soon expanded its operation and relocated to Dorchester, Massachusetts in the late 1980's. As the business continued to grow, the need for a larger and more technologically advanced facility was a major priority bringing us to yet another move to an 18,000 square foot facility located in Everett, Massachusetts. With our constant commitment to producing a quality and superior service, our company continued to expand its horizons. In 2012 a decision was made to enlarge to a facility worthy of being among the best in the country. Our operation relocated to Haverhill MA to a 37,000 square foot facility that is truly world class.

Today, the company reaches five states (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Maine) in the New England region. We are a primary service provider to hospitality and commercial companies throughout New England. We are proud to say even with our rapid growth and success we have continued to keep a close, personal relationship with each and every customer.
